►Bus Tour - January 21 - 10:30 AM; Wear your red jacket!

►Ribbon Cutting - Tuesday, January 19, 10:00 AM, Cowboy Custom Golf Carts. The cutting will be held at the Chamber!

►Christmas Parade - December 7 - We need several volunteers to help us line up our parade entries!  We would like our volunteers to meet at 5:30pm at the corner of Holly and Davis Street (light at the Jr. High)...this is where our line will begin.  Please let us know if you will be able to help or if you have any questions.  We would like to have at least 2 volunteers per parade section...there are 4 sections.

►Bus Tour - December 7 - 10:00 AM

►"All That Glitters" schedule - Nov. 14 - Meet at the Chamber at 8:00 AM to load all items on the truck to be delivered to the High School; Nov.  15 -  Meet at the Chamber at 2:00 PM to unload the truck. Reminder:  If you have any gun raffle tickets that you are selling for our auction, please remember to turn the stubs in and your money collected.

►Ribbon Cutting - Tuesday, November 17 - 10 AM - The Whistling Chicken Frame Shop - 317 W. Panola - Please wear your red jacket!

►Bus Tour - Wednesday, November 4, 11:30 AM - 37 people from First Baptist Church, Gilmer, Texas will have lunch, entertainment and then tour the museum.  Please wear your red jacket!

►New Member Open House Reception - Friday, October 23, 10:00 AM - Carthage
        Twin Cinema, 1120 W. Panola St. - Wear your red jackets!

►Teachers' Coffee Time Again! - Gary (New HS Commons Area) - Monday, August 10, 10:00 AM; Beckville (High School) - Friday, August 14, 9:30 AM; Panola College (Student Center) - Monday, August 17, 10:00 AM. Feel free to meet at the Chamber and follow us to Gary or Beckville. Remember to wear your red jacket!

►Census 2010 Meeting - Thursday, August 6, 5:00 PM at City Hall. This is not an Ambassador event, just an invitation!

►Ambassador Quarterly Meeting - Wednesday, June 17, 12 Noon - Hall of Fame - Lunch, $6.00 - Please RSVP!

►Bus Tour - Friday, March 27 - 41 members will arrive at the museum at 5:30 PM. They will tour the museum and eat dinner catered by Daddy Sam's. Mike Parker and Bill Smith will entertain and The Calvary Boys and the Calvary Boys Trio will sing at 7:00 PM. If you wish to come eat and hear the concert, let us know ASAP! Cost for the meal is $10. We will also need help cleaning up after the concert.

►Bus Tour - Saturday, March 28 - 31 members will arrive at 4:30 PM. Mike Parker will entertain, they will eat and tour the museum. Let us know if you wish to come and eat. Cost for the meal is $10.
