► If you are not busy on Saturday afternoon and would like to help we would appreciate it.  We are going to be cleaning up after the auditions and the stage set up that will need to be taken down.  Please come and help if you can...we will begin cleaning up at around 4:00.

► We will be needing some help to clean up the "big room" after our Linda Davis Concert.  If you are interested in getting some extra points please come clean with us on Friday morning at 9:00 am.

        50 people from Dallas -  We are going to need a lot of help setting up for the bus tour. Because the big room is being used by EOG, we will have to set up sound equipment and 50 chairs outside under the trees.  In case of rain, we will have to squeeze into the board room of the Chamber.  We will plan on starting to set up at 8:30 AM on Thursday.
