Friday, June 26, Grammy award-winning entertainer Linda Davis will
be at the Hall of Fame in Carthage to offer her services as a
consultant to anyone interested in improving their performance
skills.

►Purple
ribbons have been placed around town in support of the Panola County
Relay for Life event that will be held on June 12-13. The event will
begin at 7:00 PM on Friday and continue until 7:00 AM Saturday
morning.
►The
Texas Country Music Hall of Fame Showcase on August 14, 2009, will
have a new name. The show has been changed to the "John Ritter
Tribute Showcase."

annual Chamber of Commerce banquet held February 5.

County Days at the State Capitol will be held on February 25-26 in
Austin. A chartered bus will be leaving the Chamber office at 9:00
AM on Wednesday, February 25.
